The Yogaleena Challenge: It’s Go Time!

The Yogaleena Challenge Kicks Off THIS Sunday!

Haven’t signed up yet? NBD. You can register HERE to participate for free and/or join us for coffee at the studio THIS Sunday T 10:45am as we go over the challenge details!

In the event you can’t make it (or are still debating to sign up), here is a brief snapshot of the program and everything you need to know to participate and get the most out of the next 30 days. If you have any questions at all, please call/write/or ask at the studio – we’re all here for you!

By now you probably know what your challenge over the next 4 weeks is:

  • Practice yoga at Yogaleena 4 times per week (all class types count)
  • Meditate either at the studio or on your own 2 times per week (even 5 minutes count!)

By simply participating in the challenge, you get FREE access to a variety of workshops we’ll be offering over the next 30 days…yup, you can still join us even if you don’t quite meet the challenge requirements during a given week (hey, we know, life happens!)

So take a minute now to look through our SCHEDULE and sign up for the workshops that interest you to save your spot. Check out the Workshops Page to see what we’ve got planned!

Yay! Next up, let’s talk social media.

Each week will be led by one of our fabulous teachers who will be taking over the Yogaleena Instagram account. Make sure to follow us for daily inspiration and a weekly Instagram challenge (and yes, there are prizes to be won!) We would also love for you to tag #yogaleenachallenge as you post about your journey on Insta, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Lastly, I will be sharing resources (books, TED talks, blogs, apps) on the blog weekly to help you along the way. Make sure to check that out as well when you need a little extra boost of inspiration.
