#1: What you eat today, you will crave tomorrow.
What unhealthy habits are limiting you? Or making you feel weak and not like your best self?
– Try tongue scraping 2-3 times a week.
– Eat what you WANT to crave (like fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, water).
#2: Your sweet tooth isn’t driving your cravings, your life is.
What way do I operate in the world that is translating to my health? Am I rushing around? Am I lazy? Am I bored?Take Action:
-Check in using the Circle of Life tool. Look at the different areas of your life and see which is least fulfilled. Work to create more fulfillment there, and observe what happens.*Hint: Stress reduction often works WONDERS. A few deep breaths, meditation, or a walk.
#3: Your body is lacking in nutrients
Do I really want a cook right now or am I actually just tired? *Me at 2pm…..
Implement more whole foods into your diet to pack a huge nutritional punch. This is the best multivitamin money can buy. And it actually tastes good and won’t make your tummy hurt.
