  • Is the studio heated? No, we practice at room temperature (between 74-77 degrees.)
  • Are there mats available for rent? Yes, we have mats for you to borrow free of charge! Ask for one at the front desk.
  • I’m new to yoga, which classes should I try? It depends on what you like! Vinyasa Basics, Gentle, Slow Flow, and Restorative are all beginner-friendly options. Find more info for newbie yogis HERE.
  • Can I try a class for free? We offer our new students 30 days of unlimited yoga for $30 so you can try as many classes as you want for as little as $1/day!
  • What should I wear to class? Clothes that are comfortable to exercise in, not too loose-fitting so they don’t get in the way. No shoes in the studio.
  • What should I bring to class? Just yourself and your yoga mat (we’ve got you covered if you don’t have one!)
  • When should I arrive for class? We recommend getting to the studio about 15 min before class so you can check in, set up, and relax! Please note that in order to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we di lock studio doors 5 minutes after class begins.
  • Do I need to sign up for classes online? We do encourage students to sign up online to secure their spot in class, but it is not required.
  • Where in the Shepherd Square Shopping Center is the studio? We are located on the second floor, on the Shepherd-facing side of the shopping center. We’re above the Honey Baked Ham, a few doors down from Auntie Chang’s.
  • What kinds of classes do you offer? Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Sculpt, and more. Read all of our class descriptions HERE.
  • Can I bring a friend to try a class for free? Our monthly auto-renew membership includes one free guest pass per month.
  • Can I take Yoga for Seniors if I am younger than 60? Yes, of course! Find out more about our Yoga for Seniors classes HERE.
