Hi friends, I am so excited to share with you a new bundle of offerings I’ve been collaborating on with my dear friend and badass therapist, Leanne.
We’ve both noticed that with all the craziness going on in the world right now, it’s more important than ever to tune inward and connect with our own source of wisdom. The more we look outside of ourselves for answers, the more lost we feel.
But what exactly is it that we are connecting to?
The yogis believe that beneath our “surface self”, which produces thoughts and feels emotions and is subject to the ups and downs of life, there is a true Self that’s unshaken and unaffected by circumstance. Some people call it the atman, some call it the purusha, and you may recognize it as the soul. They believe that true bliss and liberation from suffering can only happen if we discover and leverage that source within us.
Which of course, is much easier said than done.
Why? Because tapping into our soul requires stillness – which we’re not very good at – and faith in something that’s not tangible – which we’re also not very good at!
It’s also not something you can just learn about in theory, read about in a book, or understand intellectually.
This is an experiential journey – one that only you can take.
So where do Leanne and I come in?
Through our signature solo retreats, we’ll offer the structure, hold the space, and create the opening for you to connect with your own divine source of energy, your inner teacher, your real Self.
Ready to dive in? Let’s do it!
