At Yogaleena, we believe yoga is for all ages, and can be most beneficial during our later years when strength, flexibility, and balance make a big difference in our quality of life. Our gentle Yoga for Seniors classes incorporate seated (on a chair), standing, and floor poses targeting areas of the body that tend to weaken and stiffen with age. Through movement, breathing, and meditation, we aim to improve circulation, increase vitality, and have a little fun along the way.

The drop-In rate is $10/class and you can pay as you go or buy a package of classes at once.
